The
longest serving player at the Club by some considerable way, Tam signed
for Hibernian when Alex Miller was still in charge. After his best season
in terms of goal scoring two years ago, Tam suffered a frustrating time
last season when he was given no real opportunity to repeat that achievement.
Made his debut against
Hearts in a game at Tynecastle in the Hibs midfield, but Tam prefers to
play up front, and that he did to good effect in Hibs pre-season games
for the current campaign, finding the target against Cardiff and Leeds
United - and very much hoping that this season under Tony Mowbray will
be the on that he finally establishes himself as a first-team regular.
