High
on the priority list in the summer of 2004 for Tony Mowbray was a left-back
- and after making a trial appearance against Cardiff City, David Murphy
ended that particular search. A player that the manager became aware of
through contacts at Middlesbrough, David was signed on a 2-year contract
just a few days after that trial appearance, and is now looking forward
to regular first-team football in the Scottish Premier League. |
