The youth production line at Easter Road has never been more in focus than recent years, and Scott Brown is yet another example of just why that is so. The natural skills shown by Scott seemed to increase with every first-team appearance, former manager Bobby Williamson admitting that he was suprised by the impact that the player had on the first team.

Scott can score with either foot but it is in creating openings from nothing that his true talent has come to the fore, with his trickery and uncompromising attitude rarely to the liking of his opponents!
